Mr. Rusich is a medical professional who has a background in medical science, medical device and inservice education with an emphasis on laboratory management.
Mr. Rusich’s communication, experiences, and drive for details and success have led to a consistent and proven performance record. Through his leadership and negotiation skills of contracts with major medical facilities and top executives, Mr. Rusich acquired a wide span of business clientele. His knowledge and assessment of negotiations towards the proper chain of command has gained confidence in the majority of the management personnel in the medical community.
His knowledge in the fields of Finance, Medical Equipment and Laboratory Sciences as well as a multi-state Regional Executive of Operations and Sales has contributed to his knowledge and has proven to be a valuable asset to Advance Diagnostics Laboratory. Throughout Mr. Rusich’s tenure, he has obtained the knowledge, skills, and experiences necessary to succeed as the active CEO for Advanced Diagnostics Laboratory.
In addition, Mr. Rusich has developed leadership, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, as well as negotiation and time management skills through Total Quality Management and Compliance Assurance development. His position as a Chief Executive Officer for ADL, Management, Sale/ Marketing, Finance, and Total Quality Management for laboratory as well as compliance all play an intricate part of his day-to-day activities.
Mr. Rusich seeks to provide a comprehensive and truly transparent service to the medical community through total quality compliance and open collaboration between physicians, hospitals, and patients. Laboratory testing and management services will provide the foundation of excellence.
Mr. Jagneaux comes with many years of experience in the medical laboratory and medical device industry in both management and ownership roles. He also has an extensive background with and history of winning new business and nurturing both new and current relationships with laboratory clients.
He is proficient in market analysis, forecasting and decision making at the top level. His core strengths include creating revenue driving strategies, and developing a strong sense of team with those in his circle. He has a strong sense of pride in providing the best possible service to the medical community.
Mr. Jagneaux has successfully managed both individuals and teams to ensure the best quality service to his companies most valued asset which is its clientele. He has proven leadership skills and will lead his team in the most efficient and compliant manner possible.
He also makes it his mission to provide the quickest possible solutions to any problems that may arise.
Jeff has over 20 plus years’ experience in the field of corporate compliance. Jeff’s experience also includes QA/QC, Human Resources, Safety, Training, Operations, Organizational Development and Risk Management. Jeff’s goal is to keep Advanced Diagnostics Laboratory 100% compliant with all Federal, State, and local regulatory agencies, as well as any Law, Act, or Statute that applies to ADL.
